Meteor Meet is a free scheduling tool that helps groups find a meeting time that works for everyone. No account or registration is required.

This service is provided free of charge and as-is by Avi Klayman / Meteor.

• The name you enter when joining a meeting (stored in the meeting record)
• The time slots you mark as available (stored in the meeting record)
• The event name, date range, and time range you set when creating a meeting

We do not collect email addresses, passwords, device identifiers, or any information beyond what you explicitly enter in the app.

All meeting data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore, a cloud database operated by Google LLC. Data is associated with a randomly generated meeting ID and is accessible to anyone who has the meeting link.

Meeting data is retained indefinitely unless manually deleted. There is currently no automatic expiry of meeting records.

• To display availability to other participants in the same meeting
• To calculate and show the best meeting times
• To allow real-time collaboration between participants

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or analytics purposes.

The app uses sessionStorage (cleared when you close the tab) to remember your name within a browser session. No persistent cookies or tracking cookies are used.

These services are governed by Google's own privacy policies.
